Applied and finally selected candidates
will have to experienced one (01) year of probation period with a
monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thousand Taka
Only). After the successful achievement of the probation period they
shall be confirmed as “Officer” and will be entitled to a monthly gross
salary of Tk. 33,550/- (Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Taka) (as per
the usual scale of pay).
The candidates who will not be qualified for the post of Trainee Officer after viva voce test may be offered the post of “Trainee Officer (Cash)”. It’s taken according to the merit list.

- Date of birth not earlier than 10 April 1985
- Master’s degree of bachelor’s degree fourth Year in any discipline with a minimum of a 2nd class in each of the academic levels
- Willingness to serve the Service for a minimum period of 5 years
- Advanced level Computer Literacy
- Equivalence between class/ Division and grade points:
- SSC/ HSC/ Equivalent Exam (in a scale of 5.00)
- Division : 1st Division > 2nd Div: 3rd Division
- GPA >= 3.00 > = 2.00 >= 1.00
- Graduation/ Post Graduation / Equivalent Exam (in a scale of 4.00)
- Division : 1st Class , 2nd Class, 3rd Class
- GPA >= 3.00 >= 2.25 >= 1.65
